SPAC challenge? Sebi eases listing norms for start-ups readying IPOs this year

As a host of start-ups including Zomato, Freshworks, Flipkart and Delhivery gear up to go public this year, Sebi has eased listing norms for start-ups. Start-ups also have an option for listing in the US through SPACs, and a company has been floated to facilitate such listings
