Bajaj Auto Swaps Stake To Get Share In KTM Holding Company

Bajaj Auto and Pierer Industrie AG on Wednesday finalised a stake swap deal with PTW Holding to simplify the shareholding pattern in the Austrian bikemaker KTM AG.
