Import Duty On Cut, Polished Diamonds, Gemstones Slashed To 5% From 7.5%

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday announced cutting import duty on cut and polished diamonds and gemstones to 5 per cent while on sawn diamond to nil in order to boost the sector.
