Market Regulator SEBI Penalises Bharti Infratel For Flouting Rules

Capital markets regulator SEBI has imposed a penalty of Rs 1 lakh on Bharti Infratel, now known as Indus Towers, for flouting rules pertaining to employee stock option schemes.
