Argentina production minister Sica says Trump metals tariff announcement ‘unexpected’
Argentine production minister Dante Sica said on Monday that U.S. President Donald Trump’s announcement he would re-impose tariffs on aluminum and steel exports from the country was “unexpected” and he was seeking talks with U.S. counterparts.
