Assam CM Requests PM Modi To Transfer All Assets Of ONGC To OIL

Assam Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote to PM Narendra Modi requesting him to consider transferring all the assets of ONGC in the North Eastern Region to Oil India Limited.
