PropertyGuru plans Australia IPO, potentially biggest of year: sources
Southeast Asian online realtor PropertyGuru Group, whose backers include buyout firms TPG Capital and KKR, is planning an Australian IPO that could raise up to A$400 million ($275 million) this year, sources with knowledge of the deal said.
